Drag files from the Files tab into a BOX. The TODO Map has four fixed BOXes — Do Now, Schedule, Delegate, Drop — and the Project Map holds BOXes you create for each project. Only the way you see them changes; the files themselves never move. Double-click any file in a BOX to open it right away.

FileMappy is a Windows app (Windows 10 / 11, from the Microsoft Store) that tidies the files piling up on your Desktop and in Downloads.
What it does: watches your Desktop and Downloads folders, proposes a clear name and a destination folder for each new file, and moves only the files you approve into a "FileMappy" folder; screenshots are the one exception and are tidied automatically. You can find any moved file in the Files tab and undo any move or rename with one click.
What it never does: it never reads the contents of your files, never deletes files, and never sends file contents, locations or timestamps anywhere. The AI features receive only file names, file sizes and folder names.
